Where do we ship

On this website we offer shipping to parts of the UK including, England, Scotland and Wales.

We can ship goods to other parts of the UK and the EU and the Rest of the World and you can do this by contacting us by phone on +44 (0) 113 4575540 or by email at orders@vswdshop.co.uk

 

How much does it cost

VSWD offers Free Delivery on orders over £120 including VAT, delivered to the areas mentioned above.

Orders below this value will be charged a freight cost of £5.95 including VAT.

Any orders that you place directly with us for delivery outside of these areas, the freight cost will be provided at the time of ordering.

 

Who do we use?

We use DPD, UPS and APC to deliver your goods. We aim to deliver within 3 working days ie Monday to Friday inclusive.

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days, if you order is received by 2pm Monday to Friday, in most cases it will be shipped the same day but this is not guaranteed.

Where there is a bank holiday please allow an additional 2 days to receive your order and over the Christmas period this may be extended to an additional 4 days.

We will do our very best to ensure your goods are delivered within these timescales but at times, events beyond our control may happen so therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

All our prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. Pricing and offers may change and are subject to availability.

We strive to ensure all the information is correct, but errors do happen and mistakes can be made. If we do find an error in the product description or price, we will let you know so you can decide if you wish to cancel your order.
